I’m not sure how to begin this review because, unfortunately, I never had the chance to stay at the property despite paying around USD 12XX. The booking process was very easy, but the cancellation process was extremely difficult. It was challenging to communicate and coordinate between the property and the agency, and as a result, I could not cancel my reservation in time. However, I would still like to express my appreciation to the staff I spoke with at the property. They were polite and tried their best to understand my situation, but sadly, the assistance came too late. This experience has left me with a sense of disappointment, and I am hesitant to use the service again in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the communication and coordination process, so other guests will not face the same issue.
